This program is designed to 'fix' some of the
.WAV files that ship with OS/2 2.x which do
not play in Windows or WIN-OS/2 (and report
an error message about an invalid WAV
header). This program will ONLY work on
8-bit, mono, PCM .WAV files.  It is also
useful for displaying the information
contained in the header of the .WAV file.
