*** Overview ***

Ristra Mail Monitor brings the convenience of automatic and on demand e-mail
checking to the user of web-based mail services include: Hotmail, Net@ddress
and AmExMail (usa.net), Yahoo! Mail, ZDNetMail, Excite Mail, MailCity, 
Angelfire Mail, EudoraMail and RocketMail. Multiple accounts of different 
services are supported.

In addition, it will allow user to log in to the account more conveniently
by launching default web browser and open up the log in page of the specified
mail service.

Evaluation version of this product can only be used for 14 days after the
first installation. Only the registered user will be able to use this product
afterwards and also get the priority support from us. Please see the file
REGISTER.TXT, Mail Monitor home page or Mail Monitor Help for more detail 
on how to register.

*** System Requirements ***

Mail Monitor requires system with Windows 95/98 or Windows NT 4.0 or 
newer version and IE 5 to run on. An Internet connection is also required 
during the operation of Mail Monitor.

*** Installation and Uninstallation ***

If you are installing over the previous installation, please uninstall Mail
Monitor before proceeding.

You can uninstall Mail Monitor by doing either one of the following:
 -Select Programs, Ristra Mail Monitor, Uninstall Mail Monitor from the Start
  menu.
  or
 -Select Settings, Control Panel from the Start menu. Then double clicking at
  the Add/Remove Programs icon.  After that select Ristra Mail Monitor from
  the list and then press Add/Remove button.

To install Ristra Mail Monitor, first decompress the MAILM15.ZIP file to a
directory (by using WinZip or any other ZIP decompression utilities), then
select Run from the Start menu on the taskbar, type the full path of the
directory follow by SETUP.EXE (for example, C:\DOWNLOAD\SETUP.EXE), press the
Enter key and follow the prompts.

If you use WinZip, you can also click on the Install button to automatically
decompress and install Mail Monitor. In case that you don't have WinZip, you
can download it from http://www.winzip.com

*** Getting Start ***

Start up the program by clicking at Ristra Mail Monitor icon from the Start
menu. After the program loading is finished, you will see the Mail Monitor
icon in standby mode on the task bar.

Before you can have Mail Monitor checking the mail for you, you must set up
the account first. Once you have set up the accounts, you may want to set
preferences. Then you can check mail either on preset interval or on demand. 

When new mail arrive, you will see the flashing icon. Then after you have
viewed the status, the icon will be back to the standby mode.
