Version 1.3 is a medium sized upgrade to version 1.2b, and has the following added features

	* Dial on demand
	* a couple of bug fixes.
	* updated setup program

**************************************IMPORTANT NOTE*********************************************

If you have been running version 1.2, do not run the setup program, simply replace (back up first)
your current copy, and run WinGate version 1.3. This will update your registry settings for the new version
and keep your old settings intact.

Version 1.2b is another interim update to version 1.2a, and fixes the following bugs:

	* Bug in Socks server with misbehaved Socks clients causing WinGate crash
	* Fixed some timing problems in the WWW Proxy, which caused occasional problems submitting
	  Forms in Netscape.
	* SOCKS, FTP data, and WWW Proxy transfers now run as idle threads, consuming
	  much less processor.

This file was released on the 29th November 1995.

Version 1.2a is an interim update to version 1.2 (released 25 November 1995), and
fixes a couple of bugs - specifically:

	* Sockets not being made available for re-use properly under Windows95 causing lockup
	* Telnet gateway was sending a single new-line character to remote sites upon connect
	* DNS patch is now DNS relaying under a settings tab, and can be shut down and restarted

Note, when running under Windows95, you may experience Socket-error 10055 errors
when trying to connect under heavy load (i.e around 35 - 40 active sessions). This seems to be
a limitation in the operating system, running out of sockets. Under WindowsNT I have not found
any limitations

Changes from WinGate V1.0.03 to version 1.2 are:

	* Multi-threaded operation for smoother access.
	* New Interface - tabbed dialogs.
	* Able to monitor active sessions and users.
	* SOCKS server.
	* DNS Patch.
	* Registration and user limitations.

	* Plus a couple of bug-fixes.

Please report any bugs to:
