v1.1 ..

The palette has been corrected so now the BMP files can be loaded
into Steve Young's GP2Edit v1.5 without getting the "Couldn't
Load Tyre Bitmap" error message.

* Other Information *

Since no one to date has produced wheels that are even remotely
realistic in appearance at speed, I have decided to try to take
on this task. For my first effort I chose to model my set after
the multi-spoke BBS design as seen last year exclusively on the
Ferrari F310, Benetton B196, and the Ligier JS 43. After initial
tests it became apparent to me that this was the wheel design
to use because it gave an even richer appearance to the cars and
even looked 'painterly' in still shots at various angles. After
showing my first beta to Pieter and Paul, it was suggested to me
by Paul that I try to illustrate more wheel rotation and also to
try to show colour reflections for the silver set. So if you look
closely at the wheels, you will be able to make out some of these
effects, which I think enhances the wheels even more. I wanted
so much to include the flashes of the BBS logo on the rims, but
designing a wheel that would look good on all the cars was more
important, so that is why they remain 'anonymous'.

* Installation *

The wheels are included in the 1997 carset and will automatically
be installed.

* Construction *

Base : New design from scratch. Palette obtained from
		  PK Arnall's original gold/silver wheel set.
