*********************************
**** How to register Capsule ****
*********************************

Capsule is NOT freeware. You can evaluate the program for free, but
if you like it and want to continue using it, you must register your
copy. Registration fee is 8$ US. If you want to register your copy,
please send me email to: jani_immonen@hotmail.com

If making the currency change to 8$ US is impossible please send email
to: jani_immonen@hotmail.com , and tell me what country you live in,
and we'll surely find a way to make a registration payment.

The unregistered version reminds you regularly to register your copy
when you reach level 8 or higher. Also, you won't see all the
animations and you can't complete the game. Otherwise the
unregistered version has all the features of the full. When you
register, all the restrictions are removed.

When you receive your registration code all you have to do is enter
the code to the game. Select SETTINGS in the main screen, then
REGISTRATION. Enter the name and code I send to you and you're
registered!

**** This game is shareware ****

That means you can freely copy and distribute the UNREGISTERED
version of Capsule, as long as you distribute ALL the original
files. Those files are:
-CAPSULE.EXE
-GRAPHS.DAT
-SOUNDS.DAT
-README.TXT
-LUEMINUT.TXT - this is a Finnish version of README.TXT
-HOWTOPLAY.TXT
-OHJEET.TXT - this is a Finnish version of HOWTOPLAY.TXT

If one or more of these files are missing, DO NOT continue using that
copy, get a new copy from: http:/batman.jytol.fi/~janimm/capsule

When you register, you get free upgrades of Capsule until version
2.0. Upgrades, until version 2.0 of Capsule, will use the same
registration code, so you won't need to re-register when you upgrade
the game. In some cases you might have to re-enter your registration
code after upgrading so make sure you write down your code and keep
it in safe place.

**** Problems ? ****

1. Game doesn't start:

Make sure you have DirectX v5 or later installed. DirectX libraries
are not included in the Capsule package because of their large size.
You can find the latest DirectX version in the Microsoft homepages at
www.microsoft.com/directx/, or, for example, included with some other
game packages or on magazine cover CD's.

2. Game is too slow:

When in the main game screen press F12 and you will see the FPS rate
in the lower righthand corner of your screen. If the FPS rate is less
than 60, your computer can't run Capsule fast enough. If you have a
100mhz or less Pentium with a 1MB graphics accelerator, your system
may be too slow. If this is not a case, check that your graphics
accelerator and soundcard drivers are 100% DirectX compatible.
Check out the newest drivers at your hardware manufacturers'
homepages.

3. Game is too fast:

If the FPS rate is greater than 80, the game might be unplayable.
Some Pentium II systems, with a fast graphics accelerator, can have
FPS rates as high as 150. Try changing the monitor refresh rate from
-Optimal- to a lower setting, this will most likely solve the problem.
The cause of this behavior is unknown.
