This document contains a list of the corrections, optimizations and
new functions provided by the patch 1.3c of the Chronicles of the Black Moon.


  1. CORRECTIONS

 - The random returns under Windows, encountered on certain configurations
   and being related to problems of memory allocation, have been corrected.

 - Calling up the cinema sequences of the victories of the Black Moon and
   Empire campaigns has been corrected.

 - The cursor of the Windows mouse is no longer superimposed over the game cursor.

 - Counting the action points on the map of the region is now correct and
   corresponds to the information in the bestiary.

 - In the case of death when a spell is being cast, the character casting
   the spell is no longer frozen (Blockage of Wismerhill in particular).

 - It is no longer possible to disrupt the portcullis of a castle.

 - The invocation of warrior elves from the trees can only be made near to a tree.

 - The animation of a living dead killed once is no longer possible.


  2. OPTIMIZATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

 - The display on the battle map is optimized thereby improving the fluidity of the
   combats.

 - The characteristics of the following units have been modified:
     - Necromant and priest of the Black Moon: Slower progress per level.
     - Fire elementary and high elf: Increased effectiveness in combat.
     - Orc: Increased life points.

 - The cost of the cavalry has risen from 20 to 30 pieces of gold.

 - During battles against enemy regiments encountered on the map of the region,
   the combats start immediately (no more temporizing on the enemy AI).

 - Overall, the magical units cast spells less often. They will
   therefore have to be used with more precaution.

 - In the special mission between the dwarves and the elves, it is no longer
   necessary to kill everyone to win.


  3. NEW FUNCTIONS

 - It is now possible to store the selection of ten groups of units by
   pressing Ctrl+0, Ctrl+1, ..., Ctrl+9. Stored groups are recalled by
   pressing Alt+0, Alt+1, ..., Alt+9. What is more, the stored groups are
   identified on the mini-map by their number.

 - During a combat, you can select all the units of a same kind that are 
   visible on the screen by double clicking on one of them.

 - A statistics screen showing information about the numbers killed
   in each camp and the tactical effectiveness of the units is displayed after
   the combats.

 - During the campaigns, when going from one region to another, the path taken
   is displayed on the map of the Empire of Lhynn.

 - During missions with a limited time, the countdown is displayed.

 - The bestiary is accessible from the game (map of the region, castle and
   battle map) by pressing button 'B'.

 - The interface of the map of the region now has the necessary number of turns
   for the transition to fortifications and the transition to a forced march.

 - A special new mission allows the player to live the episode of the death of
   Wismerhill's father.
