Introduction:
-------------
GP2 Easy JAM is a Windows Shell for GP2JAM.EXE, a utility by Trevor Kellaway to convert JAM files to BMP files and back again from MicroProses Formula One Grand Prix2.

The most important thing you will need to run GP2 Easy Jam is a copy of GP2JAM.EXE.You can download the file from Trevor Kellaways home page at

http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/tkellaway

For any questions concerning GP2JAM .EXE , read the documentation file that comes with the program!

Installation:
-------------
You should find the following files included:

easyjam.exe	(Windows executable)
cmdialog.vbx	(VB support file for dialog boxes)
readme.txt	(this file)

Also you will need the following files:

gp2jam.exe DOS convertor program (see introduction)
vbrun300.dll VB runtime library in your WINDOWS directory. If you
don't have a copy of this already, go to a search engine to find a download location.

Running Easy JAM
----------------
Simply unpack the distribution files to any directory on your hard disk, for
example C:\EASYJAM. Make sure you have CMDIALOG.VBX in your WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory.
You can then run EASYJAM.EXE to start the program.

When you run EASYJAM the first time, you will be reminded to locate vour file locations. Simply go to File Locations and set GP2JAM.EXE location and your BMP editor location.
Your settings will be saved in the EASYJAM.INI file which is stored in the windows directory.
