Civ 2 Map Descriptions
----------------------

tj0 - Big Desert:
One large continent with a number of island chains. The continent contains
a large desert, ideal for a full scale battle of mechanised units. There is
still, however, a significant amount of land which is good for settling.

tj1 - Britain and North Sea:
This is the sole 'real world' map. It is centred on the North Sea and includes
Britain, Ireland, the lowlands of North West Europe, Denmark and the fringes
of Scandanavia. Originally developed for an Anglo-Saxon scenario.

tj2 - Isle of Plenty:
A single island occupies this map. However, it is far from restricted.
This island contains fjords, deserts, great forests and an interesting
coastline.

tj3 - Mountain Range:
An epic map and most definately my favourite.
A huge mountain range spans the globe from pole to pole.
On the flat lands that cling to either side of the range lie inland seas,
desert, plains, scattered forests and lush grasslands.

tj4 - Polar Land Masses:
This world consists of two massive land masses, one centred on each pole.
The continents contain a wide variety of environments and interesting
arrangements of coastline, inland lakes, offshore islands and a massive
river delta.

tj5 - Ring of Land:
A single major land mass spreads its peninsulas in several directions.
The resulting planet has many a strategically important isthmus, strait
and island.
