                                 Instructions:
                                `*************'
You are a snake, serpent, and your purpose is to eat as many flowers as
possible and watchout for things that will cause problems (look the list
below). Every time when the snake eats something it will grow longer and
the game will come harder. If the head of the snake hits it's body the game
will end. The game ends over also if the snake goes out of the playing
area, but that can be happened only at the corners of the playing area.

You control your snake with the arrow keys. The snake turns 360 degrees,
so right arrow will always turn snake to right and left arrow always
to left (according to the direction of the snake).

Here is a list of stuff that you can collect in the game:

-=> Flower...eat these and you'll get points. Don't eat flowers when
they are small, because you can lose some of your points
then. The bigger the flower is the more points you'll get!

-=> Skeleton...These will decrease your score a lot, don't eat!!!

-=> Red mushroom...The screen will get wacky
and you lose some of your points

    -=> Blue mushroom...Screen goes upsidedown!

-=> Turbo...This boosts your snake into turbospeed. Don't take this
when the snake is long, it may be your desctruction!!!

Meters at the upper left corner of the screen shows you how long the
mushrooms and turbos has effect left. If you eat a mushroom or a turbo
and you eat another one during it's effect then the effect will stop.

Your score is located at the upper left corner, and the best score ever
    played at the upper right.

You can press P to pause the game.

A screenshot can be taken with F12, but it works only in the game screen.

                                 Requirements:
                                `*************'

The game actually works with a 486,
but it's recommended to play it with a good pentium.

256kb videomem and VESA 1.2 is required.

The game needs about eight megs of free RAM.

MIDAS Digital Audio System is used for sounds and music.
 (version 1.1.2, copyright 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 Housemarque Inc)

Normally the game autodetects sound options automatically when you
run the game, but you can configure them also manually by running
the game with -S parameter, or with -A parameter when the options
are also saved and they'll be used always. Parameter -U deletes the
options set by parameter -A and the sounds will be came automatical
 again.

If you have SB Live, SB 64 or else not fully SB 16 compatible sound
card you may have to use 8 bit sounds. If you cannot hear any
sounds or music during a game, start the game with -S parameter
(or -A, look the previous paragraph). Set hardware setups from
selection 'sound card' so that you use an 8 bit dma (0, 1 or 3,
depending on your sound card configuration). You can also change
card type to SB Pro (from the same place), if you still can't hear
anything. Remember that you must also change the output mode to 8 bit
 stereo or 8 bit mono.
