Show Only DK Notes |
To be able to find and work easily and efficiently with the notes on the Desktop this function will hide any programs and other icons on the screen leaving only the DK Notes to be seen. Selecting the restore function will return the screen as it was. |
Hide/Show All Notes |
This function will hide or reveal all notes on the screen as the situation maybe. |
Arrange Notes |
With one choice from the sub menu that pops up, you can line up all your notes on the screen or move them all to one side neatly out of the way. |
Binder |
This is a very powerful tool for arranging and managing your notes. Categorize and file away your most important notes to easily find and use later on. |
Find Notes |
Use this function to find that one note you need out of all the other notes easily with just one word or less. |
Format Bar |
Use this function to change and set your preference for the text. |
Alarm Manager |
With this dialog box you can view and manage all alarms set to notes. |
Environment Setup |
Use this to configure and customize this program the way you want. Access the options such as script, color, and sound and change them as wanted. |
Save All Notes |
This function when activated will save all notes made. |
DK Notes Help |
Selecting this calls up the help document you are presently reading. |
About DK Notes |
This shows information about DK Notes, |
Go To |
This function can send you right to the note you want |
New Note |
Making a new note by going through the menu allows you to make new notes in the color you want quickly. |
Quit |
This turns off DK Notes. |
You can access some of the
major functions by moving the pointer on the DK Notes icon |
Alt + Left mouse button -calls up Find note. |
Shift + Left mouse button -calls up Go to. |
Ctrl + Left mouse button -calls up Binder. |
