Print

Choose the print function from the menu to print whatever note you want.

The figure below shows the print dialog box.

Header/Footnote

- Header and Footnotes are information printed at the top and bottom of the pages

- Into the Headers and Footnotes you can place titles, note info, current date and time, or page number.

- If you set the contents of the Header and Footnotes for the situation and only the Header and Footnotes are effected and not the note contents.

- The settings for the Headers and Footnotes are shown below

Setting Description

[Expanded Date]    

The date is written out in full December 13th 1997

[Date]

The date written in numbers 97-12-13

[24Hours

]The time is shown in 24 hours time21:46:52

[Time]

Simple time 3:46:34 PM

[Page]

This will number the pages printed1

[Left]

This will align the header/footnote to the left

[Center]

This will center the header/footnote

[Right]

This will align the header/footnote to the right

[Title]

This will add the title to the header/footnote

 

 

Borders Setting

  • The right left, top, and bottom borders are measured and set in mm.

- If Line Border is checked the page is enclosed by printed lines.

Sentence Division
-
You can print from 1 to 5 lines per page

  • Line Space is the space between the lines
  • If Underline all is checked all the lines will be underlined

Large/Small Print

- You can change the size of the print from small to large

- Changing the print size will not effect the Headers, Footnotes, Borders, or Line Space

Number Of Print

- You enter the number of pages you want printed.
