Using Hot Keys

Using Hot Keys will make working and using this program faster and easier.

The Hot Keys set to be used can be used from Windows anywhere.

Hot Key

Description

New Note

F11

Makes new notes

Binder

Alt+F12

Calls up the Binder Window

Format Bar

Shift+F12

Calls up the Format Bar

Find Note

Ctrl+F12

Calls up the Find Note Window

Go To

Alt+F11

Calls up the Go To Menu

Hide All Notes

Shift+F11

This will hide all the notes from view or reveal them

Show Only Notes

Ctrl+F11

Hide all programs and icon from view except notes

Alarm Manager

Calls up the Alarm Manager window

To change the Hot Keys setting choose "Environment Setup" and click on the Hot key tab.

The figure below shows the Environment Setup with the Hot Key tab selected.
