*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

PLEASE READ THE LEGAL DISCLAMER AT THE END OF THIS FILE!

           *~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Installation *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Unzip the file wtw95tb.zip into its own directory, e.g. c:\worldtimes.
If you want to use the Worldtime program every time you start Windows95,
add a link to the executable wtimew95.exe into your Autostart directory.

           *~*~*~*~*~*~* Using Worldtimes *~*~*~*~*~*~*

Once started, Worltimes will add an earth icon to your windows taskbar.
Right clicking on the earth icon will open the configuration screen, while
left clicking will show a small window with the cities and their local times
you configured before. You can either use this window for displaying times
or you can use the hint label appearing over the earth icon when the cursor
is on it.

             *~*~*~*~*~*~* Configuration *~*~*~*~*~*~*

Right click on the earth icon to open the configuration window. Enter up to
four locations with their corresponding time zones relatively to UTC.

Periods od Daylight Saving Time vary from country to country and from year to
year. This is reason why I did not implement an internal routine for
automatic use of Daylight Saving Times.
Since 1996 there is an unofficial rule for European countries that use
Daylight Saving Times, saying that switching takes place at the last sunday
in February and October. Nevertheless, the general usage of Daylight Saving
Times will be discussed in the European Parliament in late 1996.
