                      ==========================================

      POP.EXE - The POP3 compliant Service
     SMTP.EXE - SMTP receive Service
     POST.EXE - Post Service
MAIL.EXE - MAIL Utility (including the functionality of WAITPOST,
                    POSTWAIT, LOADMAIL, KICKPOST and BLAT).
README.TXT - that should be this file.
MSVCRT20.DLL - This DLL should be copied to the
                     %ststemroot%\system32 directory.

The most up to date set of instructions can be found at
        http://www.net-shopper.co.uk/software/ntmail/index.htm
these have been PKZIPed and are available as MAILHTML.ZIP.

To install over a previous version of NTMAIL do the following:
Take a backup of the registry using REGEDT32 and save the old executables.
(as a precaution against anything going very wrong).
    Stop all three services.
Copy the three new executables (POP, POST and SMTP) to the same directory
as the previous executables (over-writing them).
Enter the command "smtp -i" to update the registry.
    Start all three services.

To install NTMAIL from scratch:
Unzip the files in the directory that is to be their home.
    Enter "smtp -i"
    Enter "pop -i"
    Enter "post -i"
Start all three services from the Control Pannel.

You will need a key to get these services running. The latest key
may be found on the page:
        http://www.net-shopper.co.uk/software/ntmail/key.htm
or by sending email to
        ntmail@net-shopper.co.uk

This key will allow 2 users to use NTMAIL until the end of August 1995,
