Total Jordan Peugeot Racing Team
================================

In Formula 1, the Jordan Grand Prix and Peugeot Sports
teams share a certain number of common points: they are
newcomers to the discipline, they are daring, they have
flexible structures and the will to win.

Eddie Jordan, an Irishman who works with his fellow
countrymen, began to work on Formula 1 cars in 1991 and
since then his team has made constant progress. In 1994,
the Jordan Grand Prix Team was fifth in the World
Championship and today is in a position to vie for the top
places.

The partnership was sealed with a change in technical
regulations: when engine size was reduced from 3.5 to 3
litres, aerodynamic spoilers were diminished and weight
limits were increased. These set of measures are aimed at
improving security and increasing the role of the race-car
driver.

With Rubens Barrichello and Eddie Irvine, the team now
possess two of the world's most promising drivers. Jordan
has forged a partnership with a major car manufacturer:
Peugeot provides its technological know-how and racing
experience at the top.
