CRONO 1.1 for Windows

CRONO is a convenient utility to set date-time stamp(s) of your
file(s) to any specified value. It is especially useful when
programmers or software publishers need to change the time stamps
of their program files so that the time stamps can look neat and
uniform and carry version information. You can use it FREE in
UNLIMITED time!

ENHANCEMENT TO VERSION 1.1

+ A new button "Now' is added to CRONO to make setting file stamp
  to current time value easy.

USAGE:

To set the time stamp(s) of file(s):

(0) Double-Click on the Crono Icon to start the program.
(1) Choose a drive, file type, and directory.
(2) Choose file(s) to set in the file panel. Multiple selection
are possible by pressing Ctrl or Alt key while choosing your
    files.
(3) Enter the date-time in the bottom-left edit box. Date time
format is the same as the short form in your Windows Control
Panel setting. E.g. if your setting is "YY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS",
enter this phrase (without the quotes) "95/10/3 1:01" for
Year 1995 October the third, one minutes past one. (To know
what setting you have, run Control Panel, choose International.)
Note: press the Now button, a current datetime phrase will
    appear in the editbox.
(4) Press the Set button and it is done.
(5) Press the Flyer button to see the About Box.
(5) To quit, press Close button.
