INTRODUCTION
============
	This is the sequel for The Unofficial CarViewer+Editor 0.11a for the 
Game 'The Need For Speed 2'. In this Version you can edit CarModels in 3D, also you can 
import&export GEO files.
	This programm use standard API Functions. (You don't need to install DirectX)
	The UNofficial TRUE CarEditor is FREEWARE and can be copied many times.

HOW 2 LOAD AND EDIT THE CAR MODELS  
==================================
1) Installing the programm:
 - Make directory (for exsample: md UNCARED3);
 - Copy the _UNCARED.EXE to the made directory (copy c:\_uncared.exe c:\uncared3\); 
 - Goto the made directory and start the _UNCARED.EXE file (cd UNCARED3 <cr> _uncared.exe <cr>);

2) Editing CarModels:
 - Goto NeedForSpeed2 directory, then to /GAMEDATA/CARMODEL/PC directory;
 - Select one of the GEO file (GEO file contains CarModell information) and copy it to
   the made directory (copy c:\NFS2\GAMEDATA\CARMODEL\PC\FF50.GEO c:\UNCARED3\);
 - Goto made directory and rename selected GEO file to MIKE.GEO (very important) 
   (ren FF50.GEO MIKE.GEO);
 - Start the programm (uncared3.exe);
 - Edit the CarModel (see below 'How to use');
 - Push SAVE button;
 - Close the programm (you must have now EXPORT.GEO (contains CarModell information) file
   in the made directory);
 - Copy the EXPORT.GEO file to NeedForSpeed2 /GAMEDATA/CARMODEL/PC directory;
 - Goto this directory and rename EXPORT.GEO to the name of selected GEO file;  
WARNING: If the GEO_files are on the CD-ROM do the FullInstallation to copy them on the HD 

3) Coverting GEO file to ASC file:
 - Goto NeedForSpeed2 directory, then to /GAMEDATA/CARMODEL/PC directory;
 - Select one of the GEO file (GEO file contains CarModell information) and copy it to
   the made directory (copy c:\NFS2\GAMEDATA\CARMODEL\PC\FF50.GEO c:\UNCARED3\);
 - Goto made directory and rename selected GEO file to MIKE.GEO (very important) 
   (ren FF50.GEO MIKE.GEO);
 - Start the programm (uncared3.exe);
 - Close the programm (you must have now MIKE.ASC (contains ASCII CarModell information) file
   in the made directory);
WARNING: If the GEO_files are on the CD-ROM do the FullInstallation to copy them on the HD 

4) Editing MIKE.ASC file:
 - Start a 3D Editor or Text Editor and load MIKE.ASC file;
 - Edit the MIKE.ASC file (change the digits);
 - Save the edited file as IMPORT.ASC;
 - [if IMPORT.ASC file isn't in made directory, copy it to it];

5) Coverting ASC file to GEO file:
 - Start the programm and and push the IMPORT button;
 - Push SAVE button;
 - Close the programm (You must have now EXPORT.GEO file in the directory);
 - Copy the EXPORT.GEO file to NeedForSpeed2 /GAMEDATA/CARMODEL/PC directory;
 - Goto this directory and rename EXPORT.GEO to the name of selected GEO file in section 2);  

6) Restoring previous version of the GEO file:
 - Copy MIKE.GEO file to NeedForSpeed2 /GAMEDATA/CARMODEL/PC directory;
 - Rename the MIKE.GEO file the name of selected GEO file in section 2);

 - Change the amount of faces and vertices (insert vertices)
 - Decode QFS_files  (!!!Please HELP Me!!!)
 - Showing Texture

USING THE PROGRAM
=================
- Select View and push first tree buttons down and move the mouse to rotate/zoom/pan (You can
rotate the CarModel only in USER View).
- Select USER View and push on the OFF/ON button to turn on/off SolidRendering.
- Select View and push on arrow buttons to show other Parts of CarModel.
- Push on the Number between arrow buttons to turn on/off Perspectiv mode.
- Select View and push with the RightMousButton on the red vertices and move the mouse to
change the coordinations of vertices.
- Push on the IMPORT button to import IMPORT.ASC file.
- Push on the SAVE button to save the CarModel
