#6 to be posted on several DEC, Gateway, NEC

APM-related problem in the Phoenix BIOSes
that comes with these machines. This file
contains two files: E800FIX.DOC, which
documents the problem, and E800FIX.COM, which
is a TSR and a good thing to use when APM is
disabled (that is, when the customer is NOT
using POWER.EXE).
